Nestled in the tender embrace of the Dhauladhar ranges, Palampur in Himachal Pradesh whispers tales of emerald slopes and dew-kissed mornings. Known as the tea capital of Himachal, its hills are adorned with silken stretches of tea gardens, where the breeze hums through the leaves like a quiet song of the mountains. The scent of fresh foliage mingles with the earthy fragrance of pine and cedar, painting the air with poetry. Here, time strolls gently, trailing the footsteps of monks and farmers alike, as Palampur cradles both serenity and spirit in its verdant arms.
With the belief that gender-diverse teams can help us establish better connections with our customers, our organization is focusing its efforts to establish gender inclusivity and creating an environment that is compatible with everyone.
We source from nearby growers and food providers. It’s a great way to support area farmers while also reducing the carbon emissions caused when you truck-in food from a distance. Menu selections should incorporate sustainable offerings, including vegetarian and vegan items that take fewer resources to produce than meat.
